A television news report about wives serving as surrogate mothers while their military husbands were overseas fighting was the seed that germinated into THE SURROGATE SOLUTION series. The idea sprouted into three plots involving surrogate pregnancies in unique circumstances. In each case, neither the prospective parent/parents nor the surrogate mother is the typical participant. By layering various conflicts on top of already highly stressful pregnancy situations, I hope to reward my readers with a myriad of emotions. The series is bound together by The Surrogate Solution agency, the San Diego setting, and the intertwined characters.
